My court date has been pushed back to July, enabling me to post this update as promised. My nephew has now spent more than a month in County Jail for a crime he did not commit. His attorney has filed for a retrial but Judge Dean Fowler is sitting on it. Fowler is doing his part to inflict as much pain and suffering upon my nephew in their attempt to force us from our home. We have contacted the Texas Attorney General’s Office concerning the alleged crimes committed. They forwarded the complaint for criminal review. They also suggested that we file grievances with the State Bar’s Grievance Committee, as well as, the State Commission of Judicial Conduct to which I am presently working on. I have heard nothing in connection to my complaint being turned over to the Texas Rangers for investigation. District Attorney Billy Byrd does have the power to block my complaint but why would he unless he has something to cover up. The most prudent action would be to let the Texas Rangers decide through investigation, the truth. The DA’s refusal makes it appear that he is covering up. Also, his refusal to bring charges against those criminal friends of his suggest that he is as deeply involved as his co-conspirators. I will update this blog as I obtain more information. Thanks for your interest.

Apparently you have not read my blog Attention readers of the Monasco blogs where I stated the following or you would not need to ask.
People ask us “If it’s so bad why don’t you just move?” Our answer is we will not be forced out of our home and we believe in standing up for what is right even it means we must fight. Wouldn’t you! Would you abandon your home just because someone wants you to? Well, we hope not.
If you would apparently you ware little panties.
