Breast cancer survivors invited to free retreat at ETMC

The ETMC Breast Care Center is holding a free, one-day retreat for breast cancer survivors on Friday, Oct.6, featuring keynote speaker, Dr. Martha Ramos Duffer, a licensed clinical psychologist, who will address “how to survive breast cancer.”



The ETMC Pink Ribbon Getaway will be held at the ETMC Pavilion, 801 Clinic Drive, in Tyler, with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. and the conference concluding at 1:30 p.m.



The event will feature a session to meet other survivors, cancer and nutrition lecture, physician panel discussion, arts and crafts project presented by Michaels, a gourmet lunch, a pinning ceremony and door prizes.
