Candidates may file in the City Secretary’s office, City Hall, 110 Buffalo, Gilmer, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday, Jan. 30 through Thursday, Feb. 28, and from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 1, for the general election.
