MEMBERS OF THE HARMONY HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR attended the Region 4 UIL Solo/Ensemble Contest held at Marshall High School Feb. 9, bringing home 12 gold medals for solos and ten gold medals for madrigal, qualifying all of them for state competition in Pflugerville in May. Winning both solo and madrigal medals were Martin Ponce, Aaron Keith, Samantha Thompson, Brittany Hill, Rebekah Betterton, Hannah Means and Elizabeth Means. Winning solo medals only were Bentley Miner, Mikenna Denton, Cindy Shelton, Marielena Gregory and Hope Willeford. Winning madrigal medals only were Zack Ebert, Andrew Lloyd and Haley Blackstone.  Attending the contest and winning second-division medals but not advancing to state were Zack Ebert, Snowy Velten, Danielle Cullum and Danielle Albright.
