I for one will not be signing up. Why should have have to pay for some leeches insurance. Yes it has good qualities but I be damn If I WILL PAY FOR A SYSTEM SUCKER,, AND that is what most of them who have signed up for it are.. unless your one of the ones who have an existing condition,, that is you might say the best piece of the cheese to get you to buy in to this crap hole law. They can stick it where the sun does not shine!
