KLRN NOMINATED FOR 4 LONE STAR CHAPTER REGIONAL EMMY AWARDS

 

San Antonio, Texas  (September 30,  2013):  KLRN, the Public Television Station for South Central Texas, is proud to acknowledge their four Lone Star Chapter Regional Emmy Nominations, announced last Friday. The nominations fall into the categories of community/PSA campaign, audio, on-camera talent/editorial and on-air camera talent/program host.



Mario A. Vazquez, KLRN President and CEO said, “We are excited and honored to receive these nominations and bring to the forefront the quality content that KLRN produces locally. For more than 50 years, we have supported and celebrated nationally produced programs on-air, and it is now our turn to celebrate what we are bringing to our community. It is a great time to be in public broadcasting and I am proud of my team.”
