New Diana twirlers qualify for state competition

New Diana High School twirlers competed in the UIL Twirling Contest held Nov. 10 at Spring Hill High School. They brought home many First Division awards.

Receiving First Division medals for a quartet were Anna Click, Brittany Jones, Raven Jones and Morgan Spivey.

Receiving a First Division medal for a trio were Charisma Fairley, Laura Guzman and Leah Reynolds.

Also receiving First Division medals was a trio consisting of Vanessa Griffith, Karen Hall and Emily Ivey.

First Division individual medals were awarded to Anna Click, Brittany Jones and Raven Jones for solos.

All First Division routines will advance to the State Twirling and Ensemble Contest, which will be held in Pflugerville in May, 2013.
