Longview —LeTourneau University hosts distinguished East Texas author and speaker, Teresa Richenberger, at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center, 2100 S. Mobberly Ave., in Longview. The event is free and open to the public.
Richenberger authored “Sold to the Highest Bidder,” a story of her life as an exotic dancer and the salvation she found in Jesus Christ. Her second book, “Striking It Rich,” gives advice on how to always be mindful of God’s presence.
Influenced by her painful past, Richenberger lives a life for Christ and helps others to overcome their past to ascertain their self-worth. She inspires people to step into the proper vocation that God has placed in their lives by imparting boldness, faith, and courage through her testimony, which she regularly shares at women’s conferences and church meetings.
