Nexion Health owns 41 nursing facilities, 14 of which are located here in East Texas. Employees of the year are (left to right): Shawna Coles, Director of Rehabilitation, Nancy Stinson, Housekeeping Supervisor and Beverly Anderson, Director of Nursing. Upshur Manor is blessed to have these three outstanding employees on staff!
