Apparently you have not read my blog Attention readers of the Monasco blogs where I stated the following or you would not need to ask.

People ask us “If it’s so bad why don’t you just move?” Our answer is we will not be forced out of our home and we believe in standing up for what is right even it means we must fight. Wouldn’t you! Would you abandon your home just because someone wants you to? Well, we hope not.

Wow!!! Non-bias doesn't sound non-bias at all. So you would move rather than stand up for your rights. Just sell your house and move to another county. I mean all they would have to do is put your son in jail for a crime not committed and you would move. Wow!!!

I do believe your son deserves to be confined for a crime committed. Have you ever consider to save your son from sitting in jail to do as they are asking and leave. If you are having so many problems out there why live there? Why wouldn't you sell your house so you and your family members aren't miserable out there as you claim you are. Im sorry to say but it seems you are bringing this on your self. Yes the law system is not perfect but it works. I myself if I had to fight to get my child out of jail, I would do right by my child and do as I am asked. Living somewhere as you claim is full of devious people, which I do not believe is true at all, then why live there? So my parting advice is: Act like an adult, sell your house, move out of Upshur county, and stop complaining about how you are so mistreated, because news flash thats life. That’s what we have been trying to get people in the judicial system to understand but all of the elected officials in Upshur County are in on it and when we try to go out of county we are told to see our County DA Billy Byrd but he will not see us, speak to us, return calls or reply to regisurted mail from us. During the civil trial for the suit that was filed against me by Gilmer Boating and Fishing Club while the board members of GBaFC came into court one at a time and so obviously perjured themselves in front of Judge Lauren Parish by direction of Attorney Barry Wallace, County DA Billy Byrd and Sheriff Anthony Betterton were busy laughing and hugging all of there witnesses who were waiting outside in the hall way. After Judge Lauren Parish disregard all statutes presented by my lawyer and the trial was dismissed they were all in the parking lot hugging and dancing around in celebration of victory and Judge Lauren Parish had not even announced her finding yet. She said it would be next week. My son and brother are getting extremely poor representation from their Attorneys appointed to their cases by the Court. These Attorneys will not see any of us or return calls as well.

My family has owned a membership at Twin Lakes for many years and much longer than the newer members that have taken over the club. They have absolutely ruined the club. It was meant for the enjoyment of our families but not under the present leadership. My sons were always allowed to fish at Twin Lakes without my being present but within the last couple of years I’ve been told that they can no longer. I suspect that was initiated in order to have the Manasco’s arrested. I will do what I can to support you Calvin, I have your e-mail address.

My family and I have members of Twin Lakes and it was always understood you could fish from the club members peer or off the bank but couldn't fish on the lake without the member in the boat with you. Therefore the trespassing sounds like someone or something was on the lake fishing with out "Calvin" the member in the boat. Shame on you for leaving out the details. Just like the lawabdiningcitizen said "get your big boy panies on" and do the right thing. But maybe in your case you are just a little boy afterall.

I never said I wouldn't believe the truth! You so far have done nothing but post things against these people with no proof! You would have Upshur Co. voters believe that this small number of mostly senior citizens have so much control over the DA,the Sheriff's Dept., Judges, Attorneys,& two City Police Depts. My friends & family have not gotten themselves into trouble at all that I can see! I'm sure they are just tired of putting up with all the crap you're putting out. OK theft by check was a charge brought forth for a bounced check that he later made good. No arrest and no conviction. How many people get in a tight spot and have a check bounce. Failure to appear was dropped because he was not notified of a court date by Gladewater court they are by the way in the list of co-conspirators two comments below yours and the fact that they were caught with a falsified warrant in there warrant file which caused him several arrest is why they are on that list. It appears that you and lawabidingcitizen are very good at finding the information that we are using as evidence. Please find out for me how many convictions my son has the charge he was convicted of and there dates. I said up until he moved to Twin Lakes he had a clean record not spotless but clean.

Then tell me if you believe that he deserved to serve six months in the County Jail for fishing in his back yard just like the all the Clubs board members children and grandchildren have been doing on a daily bases. Six months by the way the maximum sentence for criminal trespassing.

Man you can ware a man out trying to get through that thick skull of yours. That is very correct. I am proud of you for your research. Yet again you fail to comprehend. My son was arrested one time 12 years ago (got me there) and five times since moving to Twin Lakes about four years ago. Is it still not clear to you what this is all about or are you just totally dense?

I would have to agree with lawabidingcitizen you seem to contradict yourself. You say you have lived there five years but I looked into the records and dating back to 1998 yous son has a record. So you are saying they lied of seven accounts? I also find it hard to believe that public intoxication, theft by check, and failure to appear has anything to do with the GBandFC. I also watched the video you had posted and I agree that is a man laughing and the woman driving by watching her mouth and hearing the laughing did not match. If I'm not mistaking it looks as if you live by the circle turn around at twin lakes, therefor it is not uncommon for someone to drive around the circle nor is it against the law. If you are so against,as it looks like, all of Upshur county why don't you move out of the county? As for your dog being cut by people out there, in case your not familiar dogs wander off get into fights, or get cut on their own. Now, to address the dead animal left by your vehicle, that has happened to me its part of having a dog thats what they do. I find it very hard to believe anything you say because it is all explained away. Your just another deranged person wasting away hard working peoples tax dollars.

As I stated in my previous comment: My son had a clean record UP TO NOW. Now meaning until the people listed in the paragraugh below copied from Upshur County Bad to the Bone and the Gilmer Boating and Fishing Club had him falsely arrested on numerous occasions. Same with my Brother. That is what all of this is about you idiot. If you could comprehend what you read you would know this. He has been arrested 4 times on falsified warrants and one time for fishing in his back yard. The bylaws read “Non-Family guest must be accompanied by the member. He is my son and it doesn’t get more family than that. As for my brother he has been falsely arrested three times, all in twin lakes brought on by the same co-conspirators.

I feel it is best not to show correspondence from the Attorney General's office in which I am actually the one who wrote. This document contains much subject matter that should not be released at this time. In fact I believe it was a mistake to bring out the fact that the correspondence took place at this time.

You are talking about things that you know noting about. You were not present in the meeting when I was voted in. You are going on hear say alone from people who are attempting to look innocent.

We will let a professional decide the authenticity of the tape when it is brought to court by FBI who is by the way responsible for bringing about federal charges against people who have committed federal crimes. As I stated earlier the tape is already with my attorney.

I have never attempted to sue anyone in my life. As for getting money I did not move to Twin Lakes looking for lawsuits. As you are aware they sued me. I did not sue them.

To larry4258: That actually is not the documents I requested. I said I wanted OFFICIAL correspondence from the Attorney General's office. All I see on here is a bunch of gibberish made up by you! These copies are not even legible. To: Calvin_ Monasco: Like I said to your brother, you would NOT have been permitted to live at Twin Lakes without agreeing to their rules & regulations. If you have this on audio, I'm sure it is falsified just like that laugh on the video of the lady driving by. That is so extremely obvious that is a MAN (maybe you or your brother) laughing! And about the lawsuits...I know for a fact that you attempted to sue one member for 1 million dollars, over yet another ridiculous allegation.
