Dedication ceremonies will be at 2 p.m.
Butch Ragland, son of Dr. Hugh Ragland, said it had taken about two years to get the large plaque, which is from the Texas Historical Commission.
Following thae dedication, a reception will be held across the street at First Baptist Church.
