JULY 7 UPDATE from ArcaSearch.com:
Everything should be working now. We did not have an internet connection at all yesterday which prevented anybody from uploading their pages to us. It also affected the online edition sites and email. All of our equipment and processes were up and running and working fine at our office but our connection to the rest of the internet was broken until about 2:15 this morning. The outage was located in another town.
