Since joining Trinity Mother Frances in 1982, Joyce has served in several capacities including Administrative Director of Business Services, controller and accounting manager.

Mrs. Hester received her undergraduate degree in accounting from Pan American University in Brownsville, Texas, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is a Fellow with the Health Care Financial Management Association.
