Bill Shirley, 80, of Glenwood died Feb. 18 at Upshur Manor Nursing Home. Chapel services were held Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at Rader Funeral Home, Longview. Interment was at Rosewood Cemetery. Dr. Ray Boulter and Rev. James Hall will officiated.
