Services for Shirley Ann Carter Lee, 70, of Gilmer, will be 10 AM Saturday, July 14, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Ryan officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Upshur County. She passed away on Wednesday, July 11, in Longview.
