Union Hill ISD has received a Superior Achievement rating since the beginning of the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) in 2002.

A school district’s school FIRST rating is based upon an analysis of financial data for each fixed year.

The Texas Education Agency reviews data from 20 indicators to determine a district’s rating from Substandard, Standard, Above Standard to Superior Achievement.

Supt. Sharon A. Richardson stated she was proud to announce Union Hill ISD not only received a Superior rating, but scored a perfect score of 70 out of 70 for the 2011 school year.

She expressed appreciation to the Union Hill Board of Education and Business Manager Micki Miller, for a job well done.
