| Camp is set for Sept. 1 for ages five and up |
The Kilgore College Cheerleaders will host something new this year – a KC Ranger Jr. Spirit Team Camp.
The camp, set for 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 1, is open to boys and girls ages five and up.
Registration will take place at 12:30 p.m. the day of the camp at the Parks Fitness Center, located on the Kilgore campus.
Cost of the camp is $100, cash or money order only.
Depending on the amount of interest, the team may be divided into two age groups.
Participants will learn a chant, cheer and dance – and will perform at the KC versus Dodge City Community College football game at 7 p.m. on Sept. 1.
The team has been created to show spirit at the home football and basketball games during the year.
