This weekend, Kilgore College will once again honor former standout athletes and contributors at its annual Hall of Fame Weekend, Oct. 26-27.
A benefit golf tournament is set for Friday, Oct. 26, and Hall of Fame inductees will be introduced during a luncheon at 11:30 a.m., Oct. 27, in the Devall Ballroom on the Kilgore campus.
Team slots are still available for Friday’s golf tournament, and seats are available for the luncheon on Saturday. Tickets to the luncheon are $15 per person.
The golf tournament will be a two-man scramble at Southern Hills Country Club in Gladewater, sponsored by KC and Trinity Mother Francis Hospital. Fees to play in the tournament are $75 for individuals and $150 per team. All proceeds will benefit KC Athletics.
Hall of Fame members will also be recognized during halftime of the KC versus Tyler Junior College football game at 3 p.m. the same day.
