The menu will include a bowl of award-winning homemade chili, homemade desserts, tea and coffee.
Cost for the meal is $7. All proceeds will benefit an Upshur County 4-H senior with a $1,000 scholarship to the college of her/his choice.
Applications for the scholarship will be available in February and March at the Upshur County Extension Office in Gilmer.
Tickets may be purchased from any TEEA member, at the extension office or at the door.
