Ten high school art students were named as Kilgore College scholarship recipients as part of the annual KC Secondary School Portfolio Competition on Feb. 1.
Nakari Sanders of Pine Tree High School was named the overall winner and was awarded a $2,000 KC scholarship.
The portfolios were judged by Stephen F. Austin State University art professors Peter Andrew and Runcie Tatnall.
