THIS YEAR’S CANDIDATES for Yamboree Queen will have a new item to sell in their campaigns—2-sided ceramic “Yamboree Chips.” The collectible souvenirs are $10 each. The seven girls vyinto be this year’s Yam Queen will also be selling the traditional Barn Dance tickets. The tickets will be $25 in advance, or $30 at the door. They, of course, will be selling vouchers. Vouchers, which entitle you to buy a ticket l to the Coronation ceremony later, are $15. This yea’s Queen’s Race will be July 1 to 12, a little later than it’s been for several years.
