'Homosexual Civil Rights' is an oxymoron

What happened to religious liberty and a church or business reserved right to "refuse service to anyone."  Businesses that refuse service to homoelectives, even on religious grounds, are being sued successfully in some states for door-closing amounts of money by homoelectives that, by definition, do not qualify for minority class protection from discrimination; as homosexual sex is non-compulsory in that one can choose to abstain from sexual relations just as one can choose what kind of sex to engage in and with whom or what within the law (children should never be an option although pedophilia is next on the ACLU list for sexual orientation normalization).

On a trip to Houston, last year, my wife used a hotel restaurant women's restroom.  She was shocked to see a urinal in there.  The way things are going, I imagine a business owner will soon be sued for not plumbing a urinal in the ladies room!  The LGBT (Love Gone Bad Today) think Transgenders and Transsexuals are wildcards from Transyltopsyturvia that legitimize their cause with even more confusion.  Transgenders and Transsexuals are just homoelectives that have taken their homosexuality to the next level of perversion (sinful inequality).  Legally marrying a pair of homoelectives could never represent nor facilitate a family, which is the foundation of a healthy generating person and society, but only the degenerative corruption of children annexed to the lip-sticked aberration. This is in keeping, however, with the goal of US (Uncle Scrooge) and UN business partner (Uncle Nefarious) to "decrease the surplus population".

"Homosexual Civil Rights" is an oxymoron.  It is morally wrong to give legal rights or discrimination protection to those that choose to practice homosexual sex for a multitude of reasons that are consistent with the Constitution of the United States of America and the preservation of it, and in turn, our country.  Like a driver license, a marriage license is a privilege, not  a right under the 14th Amendment.  Some restrictions apply in all states such as age, blood health and type compatibility, relative consanguinity, number of spouses and gender of prospective spouses and their mental competency. As recently as 1986 homosexuality was regarded as a mental disorder by the American Psychiatric Association.

A marriage license is a privilege regulated by the individual states, in part, for the protection of children; and they (the born and the unborn) need to be protected from the normalization of homosexuality which will also protect them from the normalization of pedophilia and other taboo sexual practices and marriage relationships the ACLU is ready to champion next. Since marriage licensing is the domain and Tenth Amendment right of individual states, state same-sex marriage bans and Proposition 8 in California should be upheld by federal judges; if only by recusal default because of prejudicial bias that conflicts with their oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution. That's why U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb wants the Wisconsin trial to "proceed to a summary judgment on an expedited schedule" because she already knows what her decision is going to be (3/5/2014); a decision consistent with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder's advice to state AG's that they don't have to defend their state's ban on same-sex marriage (2/27/2014).

For all are subject to the Law of the Harvest; reaping what is sewn, and homosexuals sew their seed in stony ground.  California farmers and ranchers know what I'm talking about. Abraham Lincoln warned us that: "As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."  Before supporting legal rights or discrimination protection for homoelectives, one should ask him or herself two questions: Was I better off before homosexuals became "gay" and prideful?; and: Can I afford another year of gay pride?

The definition of marriage defines a society as dead or alive. Somebody needs to tell President Obama that dead is terminal, not progressive. I think everyone should have an emblazoned “Love Gone Bad Today” t-shirt in their closet where homoelectives should be.

Heterosexual relations are the only thing that can produce new humans and the human race.

Homosexuality cannot do that. It produces nothing.

Therefore, to place homosexuality on the same level of legitimacy as heterosexuality is wrong in every respect.

From Wikipedia: "In 1973, the American Psychiatric Association declassified homosexuality as a mental disorder." Not 1986 as you stated. P.S. It's sow and sowing, not sew and sewing.

To answer your question: bigots like you and the readers who support you are what happened to religious liberty. Homosexuals have never been granted suspect classification by the Supreme Court. The Court has never had to reach that level of security to find flaws in the laws authored in states that seek to ban "homosexual practice." Arguably homosexuality is not a practice. I'm not going to dedicate a fair amount of my time retaliating against your ignorance though. This garbage piece of writing is so riddled with fallacies that only an inbred, uneducated moron would take it seriously. Why waste reason on them? I can tell that you know nothing about any of the subject matter you are covering, and I feel sorry for any town paper or website that thinks your writing is worth publicizing.

Mr. Jarvis is obviously confused by all the multi-syllabic words he is trying to use. I believe the Oxymoron you refer to is used correctly in this sense, "Religious Scholar" and not as you have used it in your mindless and hate filled rhetoric. Oops, those big words again! I do apolo... say I'm sorry. There are many errors in what you have stated as well as some clever misdirections (look it up) and can only hope the majority of your readers are not as bigoted and uneducated as you believe. And if in the unfortun...sad event that they are, may they please NEVER leave your little burg.

Its not often that i regret being from north east texas. But when bigots like this rant and are agreed with it shames me that we have people that refuse advance beyond the middle ages. Whats next? You going to start stoning women for not being virgins on their wedding day? You going to start having slaves again? You line of thinking rates the same as those ideas. If you cant get past your own bigotry, please do not procreate.

I feel so sorry for you. I can't even imagine being as shallow or ignorant as you are, and I'm sure your lack in intellectual aptitude is much of the basis of your frustration and hate. You are allowed by our laws to say whatever you like, but your words are not shielded from scrutiny. Could you even list ONE source of information? You have a lot of dates and names but no links to verify any of the things you claim.

Based on an extensive review of the literature on the etiology of homosexuality, biological events predominantly explain the origins of sexual orientation. While some question the ethics of studying genetic issues related to homosexuality, in-utero genetic or neuroendocrinological events play a critical role in cross-gendering. Genetic and in-utero chemically induced sex-altered groups illustrate the paradigm: Turner's Syndrome, Androgen Insensitives, Testicular Feminizing Syndrome, Klinefelter's Syndrome (XnY), progestin-administered females, Adrenogenital Syndrome, "super-males" (XYn), etc. At least 450 Species other than humans, in the wild and captivity, exhibit "homosexual" behavior—some with life bonding. Particularly primates appear to have differing degrees of "homosexual" behavior. The first evidence of the sex-behavior center came from research on mammals. Most research involved surgical interventions and the administration or denial of sex hormones during critical brain differentiation periods. In human female fetuses at risk for masculinizing effects from male hormones, German physicians, using in-utero anti-androgens, have forced female heterosexual genitalia and brain-gender/sex. Although discussed by Dorner, the use of androgens to force male brain-gender is complex and can potentially result in brain damage, attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, hyper-activity, and hyper-aggression. Homoelectives? Marriage has nothing to do with children. What do children need to be protected from? What a sad, vile, uneducated man you are.
