There will be a public hearing before the City of Gilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, November 14, 2016, 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 110 Buffalo Street, Gilmer , TX to consider a zoning change request from RACO, LLC/ Charlie Cano from R-1 (single-Family Detached Residential), R-2 ( Single-Family Detached Residential), B-1 (Local Business District) and B-2 (Local Business District) to RM-1 (Mobile Home Subdivision District) and RM-2 (Mobile Home Park District) at Quiet Villa Mobile Home Park M527 (2141), Tract 123-132 & outlot, SN1 E50P3528, 431 Crawford Street, Gilmer, TX 75644.
