The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has made many changes in recent years.  On Saturday, October 28th TxDOT’s retirees will hear presentations from TxDOT leadership concerning the Tyler District’s role in the 21st Century.  The meeting will be held at Traditions Restaurant in Tyler beginning at 11:30 AM.  A question and answer session will follow the presentations.

All TxDOT retirees, their family members and friends are welcomed to join the group for a Dutch-treat luncheon and lots of the fun and fellowship that have been hallmarks of the group since its formation in 1995.

Traditions Restaurant is located at 6205 S. Broadway between the intersections with Old & New Grande Blvd.  With a covered driveway at the front door and no steps or stairs between the parking lot and the dining rooms, the restaurant is easily accessible for most diners.  There is an excellent senior-friendly menu, quality food and a helpful staff to meet your every need.

For more information about the meeting, please contact Danny Aylor, TxDOT Retiree, at dannyaylor@earthlink.net or phone 903-676-9271.
