Graveside services for Mrs. Martha Marshall, 93, of Gilmer will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer under the direction of Croley Funeral Home. Dr. David L. Jenkins will officiate.

Mrs. Marshall died at Upshur Manor Nursing Home on Tuesday Aug. 18.

Martha was a very special person to me when I was growing up a classmate of her son, Tom. As a young girl, I admired her poise, gentleness and elegance and especially remember as a date with Tom to a prom her help in selecting the most beautiful and unique corsage to wear on my wrist, a white camellia.
